1. Who we are

This policy explains how Rafaela Duarte (sistemarafaela.com) handles the data of people who use the site and purchase our profile growth services. By using the site, you agree to what is described here.

2. Data we collect

The username (@) of the profile you enter and that profile’s public information (name, photo, number of followers and posts), used only to show the preview and confirm the right profile.
Order preferences: package, speed, region and audience characteristics chosen on the site.
Payment and contact data (name, email, phone, ID and payment method), entered directly on our payment partner’s checkout page. We do not receive or store card data.
Technical browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages visited and campaign parameters (UTM).

3. What we do NOT ask for

We never ask for your profile password or access to your account. Be suspicious of anyone asking for your password on our behalf.

4. How we use the data

To identify the profile and deliver the service you purchased.
To process the payment and confirm the order.
Customer service, support and order updates.
To measure the results of our ad campaigns and improve the site.
To prevent fraud and abuse (for example, by limiting the number of lookups per device).
To comply with legal obligations.

5. Cookies and measurement tools

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Utmify, to know which ad each visit came from and to measure conversions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may then work in a limited way.

We share data only with service providers needed to run the site, and only as much as needed:

Payment processor (payment and receipt).
Public profile data provider.
Hosting, content delivery and site security.
Ad measurement tools (Meta and Utmify).

We do not sell your personal data.

7. How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service, support you and meet legal deadlines. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data and limits against abusive use. No system is 100% invulnerable, but we work to protect your information.

9. Your rights

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use the Meta Pixel and Utmify to measure our ads, which some U.S. state laws (such as California’s) may treat as “sharing” for advertising.

To opt out, turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or block cookies, or email alavancarfm@gmail.com with the words “Do Not Sell or Share”. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

11. Minors

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. Minors may only purchase with the authorization and supervision of a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
